Just Dance! Fall Prevention Flash Mob Shows Just How Fun Active Living Can Be

The wonderful people at Fraser Health remind us that fall prevention can be fun! To get the word out about ways for seniors to stay healthy and active, Fraser Health has released a video flash mob set to Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop the Feeling.” Watch seniors and health care professionals from your community get down, get silly, and prevent falls.

For more information on fall prevention, please visit Fraser Health or check out Finding Balance’s own Resources for Seniors. Enjoy the video, stay active, and get dancing!
